Manufacturers Warranty All products, unless otherwise noted, are sold with the full warranty of the manufacturer. Products which fail within the manufactures warranty period must be returned to Time Clocks Australia. You must notify Time Clocks Australia by email or phone advising the date of purchase, invoice number and the serial number of the product. Once the product has been identified you will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number, and we will arrange for the goods to be delivered to our office. The Return Authorisation Number should be clearly written on a label placed on the outside of the shipping carton - do not write directly on the carton. If the Return Authorisation Number cannot be identified the product will be returned immediately at your expense. We will repair or replace the product with 7 working days of its receipt, (although exceptions to this may occur from time to time). Where a product is repaired or replaced, the product is then warranted for the balance of the initial warranty period or for a period of 30 days, whichever is longer. The warranty period and service varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and product to product as detailed below. Amano Time Recorders All time recorders manufactured by Amano carry a warranty period of twelve months from date of invoice. Kings Power Time Recorders All time recorders manufactured by Kings Power carry a warranty period of twelve months from date of invoice. Lathem Time Recorders All time recorders manufactured by Lathem carry a warranty period of twelve months from date of invoice. Midnight Technologies / BundyPlus Time Clocks All time recorders manufactured by Midnight Technologies carry a warranty period of twelve months from date of invoice. Newtek Time Clocks All time recorders manufactured by Newtek carry a warranty period of twelve months from date of invoice. Pyramid Technologies / PTI Time Recorders All time recorders manufactured by Pyramid Technologies carry a warranty period of twelve months from date of invoice. Seiko / Seikosha / Seiko Precision Time Recorders All time recorders manufactured by Seiko carry a warranty period of twelve months from date of invoice. Ribbons / Ribbon Cartridges All ribbons and ribbon cartridges carry a 30 day warranty against component failure only. This warranty does not extend to ink colour variations that would otherwise render the ribbon usable. Time Cards All time card products carry a limited warranty. This warranty does not extend to printing abnormalities/variations such as paper or ink colour, or card dimensions within allowable limits, that would otherwise render the time card useable. Warranty Exclusions Any product which has been subject to malicious damage, accidental damage, acts of nature, misuse or any application not totally in accordance with all technical information and direction published, is excluded from warranty.
